At Primitive Racing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
