These are the Cusco Engine and Transmission Mounts designed to reinforce the engine and transmission to help reduce movement. Your OEM units get the job done, but like all components that have bushings eventually, they will become weak or wear out over time and mileage, and this is especially noticeable under high-performance driving conditions where the excessive movement of the vehicle can cause jarring movements in the engine and drivetrain.
Important Notes: These mounts can be used on 06 and 07 Subaru's, but modifications are required. You MUST use the 04-05 metal engine mount housings for the mounts to fit. Because these are made using more solid materials, there will be a slight increase in NVH (noise, vibration, harshness)
